It has been a year since our court date when
BJ officially became our son! We already celebrated, but I thought it would be neat to post it!

BJ!

2 GOING ON 21?!
So I was going through some pictures and I found some that I just had to post! My little guy doesn't look so little anymore! He's doing many BIG BOY things now!

I hope this is the one and only time I ever see him on one of these things!
They make me nervous!
BJ was watching daddy shave and decided he wanted to try it too!
He loved it and thought he was so big!
BJ enjoyed climbing up and sitting in his great uncle's truck! He honked the horn and danced to the country music on the radio!
Hope you're having a great summer! We started school this past Monday and although
BJ is adjusting well to staying with Grandma and Grandpa, I'm exhausted! Who knew 24 five and six year
olds could be so tiring!
LOL!
Congrats on your 1 year together!! Great pictures :-)
ReplyDeleteHappy "Gotcha Day"! The big boy photos are so funny, monkey see, monkey do!:) It's so great that you continue to update, it's inspiring to see how well adjusted he is now, and how your family continues to thrive. God bless you!
ReplyDeleteHappy first GOTCHA Day. Didn't the year go by so quickly? For me the 2nd went by even faster. BJ is turning into such a big boy. I am so happy for your family.
ReplyDeleteBJ is such a cute boy. Congratulations on your 1 year adoption anniversary! What a special day!

He's growing so fast! Amazing, isn't it!? My nephew Jayden is probably about B.J.'s age... he just turned 3 in August. You guys should get together with Charles & Heather for a play date, they live over by your parents, near my Dad's house too. Love you guys! Take care! :-)
ReplyDeleteI remember reading your blog when you were in Poland and we were just getting started. I though...it is going to take forever to get to that point. (In fact the first time we met Lina we saw a picture of BJ on the wall and said we know that little boy....of course from reading your blog) Well one year later and we are leaving this weekend to go to Poland to pick up our girls. I am thankful you shared your wonderful story.....it was inspiring to us. It is also wonderful to see you as a happy family now.
