friends (BJ's speech pathologist, Thank you Beetler's). He just adored all of it, especially the train table. If he's not sleeping or eating, he's playing with his trains! Who knows, maybe he'll be an engineer!

We have been very busy this summer and BJ has handled it all like a big boy! At the end of our 4th of July trip, we visited an amusement park called Midway Park in New York! The neat part about this park, is that it is designed specifically for children under 12. BJ loved it and showed us what a "dare devil" he really was. Mom and dad had lots of fun too!

That's all for now! I hope everyone is having a great summer! I'm a bit sad because I have a class starting next week and then I go back to school that following week! I'm going to miss my little guy a whole lot! Oh well, at least I had all summer!

For some reason I can't view the slide show, but I can't wait to see it! Even though I am a late comer to your story, it's been so amazing to see it all unfold. What a gift the past year has been for your little family. :) Thanks for sharing Melanie. God bless BJ and happy "Gotcha Day"!
ReplyDeleteHappy 1st Gotcha Day BJ!! It looks like your family had a very special celebration of BJ's 1st Gotcha Day! The pictures from his Gotcha Day celebration and the amusement park are wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Kochersperger family! What a huge milestone.
ReplyDeleteAll those Thomas photos bring back a rush of memories for me. I still have a big tub of Thomas trains and such in our attic that I can't bring myself to part with. We definitely had a Thomas lover at our house too. :)
I love your family pictures from the amusement park - the ones on the slide are definitely my favorites. It is so easy to see how much fun everyone is having!

ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous Summer you have had. I am a teacher too and, I agree, it is going to be hard to see it pass. However, you have made some pretty priceless memories. You are right, time goes by so quickly when in love.
